Greig Morrison is a freelance photographer who resides in Ottawa Ontario, Canada's capital at the confluence of the Ottawa River, the Gatineau hills and the historic Rideau Canal UNESCO World Heritage site; with roots in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec where he was born. This Canadian heartland of rolling hills, valleys, waterways, highlands and the numerous quaint small towns and villages provide the perfect muse for a photographer. "You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy...". Greig is a graduate of the photography program at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Greig uses a combination of technique and intuition to capture the “perfect” shot, a fleeting instant in time at the best possible moment in his photography. With a documentary-style of photography, he captures subtle candid moments in a split second; making images as a form of storytelling to create memories that will last lifetime and beyond.

Nothing makes Greig happier than exploring the back roads with his camera searching for that next elusive image of a majestic landscape, dramatic light and beautiful clouds; viewing nature and wildlife along the way. He is a freelance documentary photographer specializing in Fine Art Photography; incorporating high definition images, landscape, nature, lifestyle, event, sports, and action photography.
